This purlin forming machine adopts a heavy-duty welded steel frame combined with precision-machined rollers to ensure excellent rigidity and long service life. The rollers are processed with CNC machining and heat treatment, guaranteeing smooth material feeding and accurate profile shaping throughout continuous operation.
During high-speed production, the forming process remains stable, effectively minimizing profile twisting, flange deformation, and dimensional deviation. The hydraulic cutting system performs cutting after forming, ensuring clean edges without damaging the purlin surface or affecting structural strength.
