The IBR making machine is designed for manufacturing IBR profile roofing sheets from galvanized steel, pre-painted steel (PPGI), and aluminum coils. IBR (Inverted Box Rib) roofing sheets are widely used in industrial buildings, warehouses, commercial structures and residential roofing systems due to their strong load-bearing capacity and excellent water drainage performance.
This machine forms metal coils into accurate IBR profiles through a continuous roll forming process. It integrates decoiling, feeding, roll forming, hydraulic cutting and automatic stacking into a complete production line.
With advanced PLC control and servo tracking cutting system, the machine ensures high forming precision, smooth surface finish and consistent sheet length.
